That was interesting , so many cheese cakes , they are one of my favorite deserts . I really enjoyed the process in making those , so many steps to make them perfect , and I must say , they were ! Beautiful job ! Now Iam hungry for cheese cake ! Yum !

I love the videos you post! However, I will comment, I have seen a few videos on various channels about cheesecakes in Korea and I see they skip the waterbath and they come out burn on top. I think it must be preferred that way in Asia? Not sure why.
I don't know about the other videos you 've mentioned but in this case the video is about "basque style" cheesecake and this style of cheesecake the top is supposed to be burned
I looooove lotus cookies but Oreo are soooo bitter...🤮🤮🤮 I never saw and ate cheesecake with cookies and chocolate dough before... Could be interesting 😜. Honestly I don't like cheesecake but what is really really delicious is cheese - cream - cake. It tastes very different but it is sooooo delicious and not so "heavy" like normal cheesecake 👍👍👍
