Your margin of error for most cranes is the load charts are 85% of tipping weight on outriggers (75% on rubber). But that doesnt factor in dynamic loading, only a freely suspended load. Still best practice is to not plan lifts that exceed 80% of your lift chart and get a bigger crane that way you have more capacity to play with.
