I live in Cyprus. You put a lot of time into creating those videos. You basically take the photos from the hotel's website (copyright-wise, I am not sure if you are allowed to do that as they would be the property of the photographer) and turn them into a slide shoe with AI voice. I don't think this model will work to get any income from UA-cam. A "10 best Things to Do" in a place would probably be better and focussing on a single country will work better for you. I would hate that you would spend so much time and get no return. Best of luck.
These are not proper reviews. They are simply screenshots taken from the hotel websites with an obviously AI generated voice. Get off your ass and visit the hotels and stay in each hotel for a few days before creating a legitimate review.
