here, we are importing the ssl certificate & keys in both f5 which is in perimeter level. if perimeter f5 box get compromise ...! my certificate & key also gone...how can i protect...in such scenario.?

how f5 handle public key pinning? I suppose f5 generate a new certificate in order to inspect the TLS traffic, is that true?

Why not just install a unique X.509 Cert on every device to continue the encryption/decryption everywhere

If by deal with it you mean offloading it, and then re-encrypting (or not) back to the server with any flavor of encryption desired, then yes!
