This home is so adorable and lovely. It's immaculate, warm, cozy and spacious enough not to feel claustophobic. Great interior design. The neighborhood is also nice and not a lot of cars parked on the street and properties are well kept. I would love to live in this home and neighborhoood.

This house is NOT small. I think why one might think it is small is because it is not an "open concept" home with vast amount of space to look at. The rooms flow and have a defined purpose and ample space to work with within that space. (Excepting maybe the kitchen but that was standard, even large, for the time this house was built. I too LOVE this house!!!! I wish we could build a near replica. (I would change the entry way and the kitchen.) But this house is so lovely!!

Be nice to see the floor plans and actual room sizes. It’s very cute
Families are closer in together a smaller home like this. They are much easier to take care of as far as utities etc. Everything is cheaper to keep up.
Mansions are nice, but can be cold and airy and also you would lose each other in a larger home and need many people to help you keep them up. Smaller homes in this day make more sense for many of us, because we want to be able to take care of them and yet lead maybe busy lives outside of the home too.
When one retires they certainly need a smaller home as it would be much harder to handle a big home, and costly to repair and so it just again would make sense for those days in the seasons of a senior to have a quaint Bungalow like this one. Easy to shop and do what is needed.
It is like one of those places in Hallmark movies.

I don't think you understand. I own my grandparents house. It needs renovating like the Bungalow in the video. I was just saying I would like to start Renovations on it but not sure who to call or where to start.

I would change the front porch to extend fully across the front. And I would like it to look more historic inside and not so modern. I thought the backyard was one of the greatest selling points but the trees really took the cake for me.
