Hi!! I have canon g7x mark ii & whenever I try to transfer videos from the camera to my Iphone via Canon camera connect, why do the videos get blurry????

Is the video blurry on camera ? If yes then it will be blurry when you transfer it but if it isn’t blurry then there’s an issue somewhere. You can also transfer the video directly onto the phone through Bluetooth u don’t have to use the canon camera connect . Try that and see if it works 🥰
