Probably none , because we have a habit of poking around (chul) in our minds all the time. One of my relatives had a court case on his plot case prolonged for 25 years and finally he won the case. After 25 yes he sold the plot for 25 corors. He literally thanked the other party for filing a case. Otherwise he would have sold it long time ago and never made that money.

Net profit in 22 years would be 370% means only 3.7 fold in actual.

Aoa brother, we are calculating for some selected companies where we know they have given tremendous returns. There are dozens which destroyed many investors.
Similarly there are examples of property with huge profits. One marla in my town in pindi was for Rs. 8k in 2002 and now its for 15 Lac, you can do the maths. One thing important is the good asset, at good price and demand / location, stock or property, otherwise loss is for sure.
