1 percent for 12 years ?? even uk with its low interests does not offer such low mortgages, well granted uk mortgages last 30 years but still. sounds so good.
It should be 1% PER MONTH. That is the standard SACCO interest rate in Kenya i.e 12%p.a on reducing balance.
Another ponzi in the making. Our people never learn.
1% per month translates to 12% per year.
