I can't believe some GEEK who probably never played a sport in his life put up a garbage site on UA-cam that say's We are done with the 90's it was trash! I will not even give it one centile of attention by clicking on it, I already know that pod cast is trash. how many of these youngsters now try and make it seem like MJ was overrated and couldn't compete in these era. BULLSHIT if anything he would average 50 in this no defense that is the modern NBA. He dominated like no other athlete in any sport but especially basketball, he was unbelievable, I simple say this "He was must see TV"

@@kingspeech2240 agreed. People are looking for something to argue. Sometimes you just see it & you know. There’s a reason that he’s the one they compare everyone too. It’s not is he the next lebron? It’s can he be the next mj? Can he be the undisputed best player in the world regular season and playoffs both sides of the ball for many years in a row? Can he never fail when he’s supposed to win? Only lose when he’s young against better teams? Once he reaches the top, can he stay and dominate it over and over again? That’s what mj did. Lebron never did, wilt & magic & bird & Kobe never reached those heights either. 2 three peats. Only shaq, bill russell, and george mikan have done that. All of them big men, 2 of them before 1970. It's true, but Lebron is the only who can even be compared, and even then he's not close. No one is anywhere close to MJ in basketball. Michael was never the star to our little kids, it was his father who would teach us how to fix our bikes. You can’t portray the presence this man had in his time of play. He was bigger than basketball and in a way like a super heroe. Chicago playoff games could have been pay per views. If you watched Jordan, you kind of wonder when you will see the next Jordan, but after many years, I think he was a one of a kind phenomenon. I thought LeBron was going to fit the bill, but he isn’t Michael Jordan.

And before social media, he was more famous than anyone alive, outside of Jesus and the pope.
There's NOTHING anyone can say that will destroy my image of the 🐐.
Being born in Boston and a die hard Celtics fan, I was also a die hard MJ fan.
Best player on both sides of the court for 95% of the games he ever played in.
There's kids today, with unlimited access to the past via UA-cam, say LeBron is better yet haven't ever watched MJ play outside of a few highlights.

Mind you I didn’t watch our own basketball team nor did I care to play but there was something about his style of play and determination that was just addicting to watch.Plus the fact that he was so entertaining.
I kept on watching until I left the country and when I came back (he was retired) I hadn’t seen anyone on his level yet. This was 30 years ago. There hasn’t been a player with his talent and determination but also he backed it up.

I find it fascinating to listen to so many people judge him so harshly when he is more successful at 43 than they will be at 65. If he said that check regarding the golf game was not a gambling payment, then it wasn't. Everyone knew he wasn't into 9pm bedtime. So he went to the casino on worknight rather than play cards all night in a hotel room till morning. No big difference. He probably had faults and maybe ridged standards, but none that he didn't require of himself. Some of you people sound like old women.

What is the dark side of MJ,'s road to success within this documentary? From my understanding in regard to the dark side is defined as a person, a group, an activity, etc. that is unpleasant, evil, or harmful: this documentary doesn't cover that. Are you referring to anything that has to do with the selfish nature of man? Who is not, set in their ways in this life we live in? MJ strived for the best and the other teammates were included. People don't know how to take constructive criticism nowadays; they think everybody is out to get them. Constructive criticism is a type of feedback that offers specific and actionable advice to help your teammates improve and deliver results. What I come to learn is that people will find fault, regardless of whether you are doing good or bad.
A pessimistic person is one who is often seen as a person who lacks hope and joy is marked by disbelief or distrust and will continue to expect the worst in all situations and this includes the media and amongst the rest of them. Many of these NBA players were doing just enough to get by. MJ refused to accept any standard short of perfection. I wouldn't want to be teamed up with anyone who's comfortable with only moderate quality, not very good in other words. It sounds as if the players were ungrateful and unappreciative in all respects. MJ made the Chicago Bulls dynasty possible with hard work and dedication. I don't recall any of the other players making any noise. You will not leave this entertainment business clean. When you look at the habits of highly successful people, they tend to have a few things in common and one of the traits they share is dedication.

In fact, some of them paint a picture of an awful bully, duplicitous treatment of teammates and other players. His Hall of Fame speech was excruciatingly bad, egotistical nonsense that showed the true man himself. You can respect his talent, while detesting the man himself.

If you were raised in the 90s only then you would understand how Big Jordan was. Crazy thing is with the Internet and sports being 24 hr now. These guys are still nowhere near Mike. We know who Lebron, KD dates now, what they drive, watch. And they still nowhere as big as Michael. I guess Ali, Babe Ruth was like this. Jordan is truly once in a generation athlete.

I never thought of MJ as the best ever. He was great. But he wasn't the best ever. The best ever is the guy who has over 33,000/10,000/10,000 .... rings are not an individual accomplishment, acrobats are not a barometer of basketball greatness... You guys can do what you want about it.

James Worthy won the ncaa tournament for for the tarheels. Jordan just made the winning shot. I remember the game clearly and still watch that tournament yearly. I also remember clearly The Celtics sweeping MJ twice. I remember Mj being the beginning of pro basketball becoming so gentle. All mj had to do was go to a referee and they'd call a foul for him. I remember the bulls just losing in the 80s. 76rs lakers Houston Atlanta Detroit and Boston. Those clowns WERE the nba. Bulls weren't talked about at all. The 1980s were the last of the greatest players to ever live. They fought they balled they held grudges and came back the next year. There were no "wholesome" moments in our generations BB. Those mfrs were BANGIN. They weren't 3rd 4th and 5th generations of millionaires scared to leave some blood on the court. They played for their livelihoods and careers. The 1990s nba was The end of Mens Professional Sports. Everything is tenderized today and it started in 1990. Go back and watch old games. Dont listen to the announcers and the names of the teams just watch the games. Watch the defense lol. You can't even contest a dunk in today's nba.

Very very unlikely, but it's easy to say, and can't be unproven. MJ as known for heavy gambling, but he was always so very rich anyway. No one would dare to kill his father. People who like to push these kind of BS theories would say this though since we can't PROVE it's not true.
