I totally relate to you with the crazy shade matches with this brand and their foundations. You and I are typically the same shade match in foundations and I settled on warm sand, since it does oxidize and it wears pretty well on me. Great review
Hi Candace. I have the foundation in the shade honey. Like you, I feel like the shade is slightly off. But with bronzer I feel like I can make it work. I was tempted to try Caramel but if it oxidizes then it may appear off as well. I hope they come out with a shade in between. I actually don’t mind the foundation since it lasts pretty well on my skin and I’m super oily. I also purchased the new NARS soft matte foundation and found the Too Faced one performed better on me. Great review. Love the look at the end with the dark lip. Thanks for sharing 💕.
Also this looks so beautiful on you. It has a luminous/satin finish. If I get a foundation that's too light, I usually just add a fair bit of bronzer to warm up the face because I'm too lazy to return anything lmaoo
i always find it difficult to get the right shade of foundation for mu skin tone because i have melasma on forehead and upper lip. thanks for this video.. very helpful !!
I tried the original born this way foundation... and it basically gave me a beard. I don’t know HOW. And I’ve never seen another foundation do this... but it would coat every tiny bit of peach fuzz, and make it stand STRAIGHT out. Places on my face I didn’t even realize I had tiny hairs. 😑 And the worse part was that I’d worn it out in public before I noticed. 😫 I haven’t trusted Too Faced face products since lol.
