- For decade after decade, we in Christ’s church have been well taught about our world's inexorable slide, which is heading toward the final war.
Armageddon and the apocalyptic events associated with it are even part of secular media reports.
We hear regularly of the dangers of nuclear war, bioterrorism, pollution, and global warming.
It seems like every day, we are seeing more and more of what the Bible talks about, with our world plunging deeper into chaos, ethnic conflicts, horrific acts of terrorism and aggression, and what seems like more and more natural disasters. God’s Word warns of all these plagues, quakes, and famines. Do all those conditions mean that the Tribulation is close? The real question to which we need to find the answer from God’s Word is:
Which Comes First: Global Peace or Global Holocaust?
Is Earth sliding straight down the slope into the fiery destruction, demon hordes, solar scorching, and global holocaust as described in Revelation? In other words, will things get darker and darker, and disasters amplify until the Tribulation scene bursts into view? The answer God’s Word gives may surprise you.
Ultimately, all those disasters will hit, but temporarily, God says a time of unprecedented prosperity and peace is coming our way. Although all those prophesied disasters are coming, God explains that just prior to the Tribulation, the world experiences the peace, safety, prosperity, and harmony that mankind has always dreamed of. Just before the worst time in history, the world may well see the best times humans have ever enjoyed this side of the Garden of Eden.
Revelation 6:2 reminds us that the peace and safety that humans have cried out for over the past six thousand years since humanity's fall into sin will finally come. But it is a:

I used to be on fire for the Lord. I got diagnosed with leukemia over a year ago and I’m trying to get back on fire for him like I used to be. Your words struck me to the core because I have to be addicted to his word, and when I pick up the word and start reading it, I do good for a couple of days and then I veer off again

I just started this video where Dr. Barnett is talking about speed reading. I’ve had to do so much reading in my career that I instinctively started reading that way. When I came to something I needed to dwell on, I slowed down and took it in word for word to make sure I understood what was being said. I thought I was being lazy.

Back in the late 60s early 70s I had the privilege of being taught reading skills by way of the SRA speed reading academic system. It was invaluable and helpful for me to learn the Word more thoroughly
I was 9 yrs old never went to school didn't no how to read I herd a whisper I was alone and it said Read the bible.i answered lord I don't no how to read *he said Pray* so I prayed 7 times lord teach me to read 7 times and spend genesis 1:1 Holy spirit popped the letters out and showed me In The Be Gering God Cre Ated The Wor old and the Hev vens lol couldn't read a news paper or TV guide only the Bible lol

I wanted to read so bad as a young child! My mom taught me the alphabet and how to read short words and how to sound out a word. Phonics was taught beginning in first grade . But I do remember being bored because I could already read the reading books.
I read everything I could get my hands on to practice ……… and I just learned how to speed read. My teachers HATED this!
And I’ve always be able to speed read .

I just realized this morning, in the cemetery where it is the black angel with two wings standing on a pulpit, in the background the only one tree there has 3 thin trunks below.
I commented that next to and outside the fence there was a white angel, but He is really a Pope in white, with the white Miter, and opening mouth with horror.

Comforting isn't it. I heard pastor John say this a while ago and decided to get my head out of the book of revelation. I started reading my Bible from the beginning again in February, today I finished the gospel of Luke. I am ashamed to admit, there was SO much I didn't know, especially in the old testament. Can only praise God for showing me just how little I actually know, and I'm saying this after studying the book of Revelation for 4 years. We are so blessed to have this time to fully mature in Christ.

I was thinking the same thing, but I don't want to think or speak ill of the brethren. It just seems like there are an awful lot of ads. It's kind of annoying when you are trying to listen and take notes, and study your Bible, and there is an ad interrupting every three minutes. All I know to do is to take it to the Lord and ask His guidance on it. God bless you brother.✝❤

4:41 mark. Poisoned waters; "A star named Wormwood is thrown from heaven...poisons the waters". Russian word for wormwood is Chernobyl. The land and sea will be radiation poisoned. People get this wrong and think it means a comet.
I looked up a translation of Chernobyl, it had no connection with wormwood. You have not told the truth.

These brothers in Christ can help us learn, yes, but always take with a grain of salt, what they say - they are no more perfect than any of us, and ultimately, we have to rely on the Bible, and the Holy Spirit to teach you. I always pray before studying/reading, and ask the Lord to allow me wisdom in understanding His word, and also for discernment when listening to any Bible teachers. I do have to admit, I was kind of thinking the same thing though, about all the ads and the e-begging (the "join the community" thing). This man writes books and does all these seminars if I am not mistaken(?). I assume he probably doesn't do all this for free. I don't know, I just always wonder if we are supposed to be teaching on the Word for financial gain. I understand that Pastors have to provide for their families too, but he is not a Pastor at a small, independent church. May the Lord bless you brother - I am going to pray for us that the Lord gives us understanding and guidance on this. I love you in Christ, and hope to meet you in the air very soon!!✝🩸💜🤗

That's why I follow what past Protestant Churches believed; Historicism truth of Jesus Christ, not Dispensationalism fables of Jesuit Francisco Ribera 1590. These false prophets in Protestant America Rev 13:11-17 will heal deadly wound of the Antichrist.

@@jeffc5474 very very sad. As Scribes and Pharisees caused million of Jews to be crucified on a cross leaving Jerusalem desolate for centuries, Matt 24:15,16 the abomination of desolation. So will these false prophets caused vast majority of Christians to receive 7 last plagues which will leave world desolate for a 1000 years at the coming of Christ striking the wicked dead, Rev 20:5,6.

The 144,000 are Jews that God will call upon to be like the disciples during The Tribulation which is after the Rapture so Jews that are coming to Christ now will go with us at the Rapture. Once the Rapture has happened then the Jews will come to Christ but the 144,000 are the ones God has called to be pastors to the world and spread the good news.

I have been listening to your programs for about five months, and I must say that I think you are over educated in Religious studies, and when I heard you say that a sinner could not confess his or her sins to God/Jesus or whomever might hear at a last moment... that humans who wanted to be Saved could not be Saved at such a late hour in their existence. I cannot believe this!!! The Religion you present is not the Religion I heard as a young person growing up. I am 83 years old at this time in our History, and I consider all the teachings to be mostly folly. How sad that all of us have been told such stories about live, existence, Heaven and Hell... then the World goes into the Theory of Last Days... and it all does not make sense. Where is one of may questions that might be posed... if God is all powerful, how did Satan evolve to create a Revolution in Heaven and not be Stopped by the ultimate Holy Absolute Power and Love of God/Jesus and the Spirit???

You would not ask these questions if you were not chosen by God. God’s law is written on your heart. There are answers to your questions but not from me & definitely not this self-absorbed pastor. I’m not sold on the rapture but whether people agree on that or not, has nothing to do with our salvation.
My 83-year old friend, God is talking to you. Pray about it. You cannot think on the same level as the Creator. Pray for wisdom and knowledge go read the book of john, acts and the book of Romans.
He never said that. He always teaches that a person can call on the name of the Lord and be saved. You are misinformed or possible did not hear him right. He is dynamic and humble. I’m not sure where you get arrogance. I just couldn’t allow someone to read your words and think he ever said that. 😢

@@josephl9817 The rapture is found in 1Cor.15:51-57, 2Thess.2:1-8, 1Thess.4:13-17, John14:1-3, Titus2:13, and is given in type, numerous times, starting with Enoch in Genesis 5:24 where he is raptured before the flood, which Noah and his family were saved out of. Enoch is a type of the church/body/bride of Christ - Noah and his people are a type of Israel being saved out of the tribulation. The tribulation is called "The time of Jacob's trouble" in Jeremiah 30:7 (but he shall be saved out of it). We definitely can disagree on the rapture as it is not a salvation issue. I have to admit, you seem to have gotten the same impression from this particular teacher/pastor that I had going in my own mind. I am always very cautious about speaking against a brother or sister in Christ, I really do not ever want to do that; but there are several things I too have noticed after watching several of this particular teacher's videos. I actually paused the video and stopped my husband to ask him to listen to a portion of this, and asked him what impression he got. He said "he seems to be kind of bragging a bit much.", so I thought, ok, it's not just me.I sort of got the impression that he was glorifying himself, on more than one occasion, in more than one video that I have watched. I also heard him say several things that are just simply not correct. The 144,000 cannot be Jews who get saved now, in the church age/age of grace, because they would go with us at the rapture. The entire body of born-again believers goes up at the rapture, whether they believe in the rapture or "catching away", or not. This is what the Scriptures teach. This is also what the first and second century church fathers taught. It wasn't until R.Catholicism reared its ugly head, that teachings started to change, and that is why people say silly things like "the rapture was invented by Darby" and other such things. RC are a false church and a false religion who teach/believe in replacement theology, as do many, or most protestant denominations. The church does NOT replace Israel. The church is the church, Israel is Israel, and there are still prophecies and promises yet to be fulfilled for Israel. God is NOT done with Israel. They are still his covenant people, and God does not break His promises as men do.
It makes me sad that there are teachers out here, who do teach on the rapture, but also seem to present as maybe, possibly, not so trustworthy, because then people look to other teachers who teach entirely false doctrines.
I hope I am wrong about this pastor/teacher. Maybe I am reading too much into it or something, but something just doesn't sit right with me about him. I am going to pray and ask the Lord for guidance on this because I do enjoy supplementing my studies, and I definitely do not want to judge someone incorrectly.

No we aren’t in the 7 year Tribulations yet.
If the 7 year Tribulation has begun, the church would be off the earth at that time. 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4

We are NOT in the tribulation. The bride is removed BEFORE the tribulation begins. Read the KJ Bible for yourself my friend.

Something has never felt right about this pastor. My discernment tells me otherwise. What he preaches is not wrong but something is wrong with him in my opinion. I decide to watch this with a bunch of kids in the audience and the first thing he wants to know if somebody had a question to ask him out? Never thought I’d hear him say that even though I think he’s off.

It’s easy to find out what the world was like when the great tribulation began. There are several books that describe what actually occurred during the great tribulation; how it unfolded; etc. Also, Jesus already returned too. Y’all are waiting for something that already happened. I’m just saying.
No He hasn't. The Bible is very clear that EVERY eye shall see Him coming in the clouds of glory, His feet will not touch the earth, the saved will join the risen faithful dead to meet Him in the air, then every tongue will confess He is God, and every knee will bow. You need to read the Bible properly and in the Holy Spirit, not with false interpretation
