Thanks so much for this, its been great and usually I can figure out where I went wrong but when I do the sparkline I get an error message ;{"charttype","column";"color","Navy";"ymax",40}) I get the following error: Function SPARKLINE parameter 2 has mismatched column size. Expected: 2. Actual: 1.

Would there be an easy way to add a formula that gives us positional averages that populate for the selected date? For example, Average Readiness of Liberos.
Yeah wouldn't be to hard something like avg(filter(Data, position=position)
@@DSMStrength Thanks! That got me started in the right direction, ended up with an AVERAGEIFS that did the trick.
Thanks for share. When im formula in match("Readiness") they said value not found. Its weird because i did everything like you did. Any solution?

Hello @@DSMStrength! I have the same problem and have no idea what is wrong if I made everything as you did. I am upset to not able to finish the dashboard. Any suggest? (It says The value "MATCH" is not found in the Readiness evaluation.)
@12:55 for the last part of the equation ("charttype", "column"; "color", "Navy"; "ymax", 40)) I'm getting an error that says Sparkline only takes two errors but this is argument number 3. Any thoughts on this Dave?
