My man Chris! What an amazing surprise! Didn't expect to see a school bus ASMR but here we go!! I guess school's out for the summer huh? And that beautiful sound of that Cummins, just pure music to my ears! If I had to guess, this one is a 2020 Freightliner B2 106 chassis with a Thomas C2 body, powered by the Cummins B6.7 260 HP with the Allison 2500 PTS 6 speed automatic. The reason I think it's a Thomas is that's the most common body on school buses here in the US, and I'm not sure if they were made up in Canada where you are, so that's why I'm guessing it's a Thomas body. Is this your assigned bus? If so, I hope there will be many more ASMR's of it on the way! Of course, I'd love for you to do a super long one when you can, but for now, once I get a good amount of them (since they'll probably be very similar in length), I'll combine them all and make a super long one of my own! I'm a big fan of school buses as well, and this made my evening yesterday! I even listened to this laying in bed last night and I fell asleep while you were driving, and woke up right before you shut it off! Hey Sean, long time brother! It is a Cummins engine and you might be right about the transmission but I don't remember. It's actually a Lion bus. Those are made up here in Canada. It was my assigned bus but I've changed buses a few times. They will all be roughly the same length unfortunately. It's a prescribed route so I can only make minor route changes. But that's a great idea to combine these videos into one long one. Let me know how it turns out. School is almost done for the summer. June 20th is the last day for my school board

In fact, mom and I went to the beach yesterday and it was so relaxing!!! I can’t wait for more school bus ASMR’s brother, bring them on!!!
@@GarbageSean well college is done I think in April or early May. This is elementary school and high school. I have an older IC bus but I'm not sure of the specifics right now

Hey Cody! It's been a long time! I'm so glad you loved the video! You are correct about the engine and transmission, but it is in a "Lion" bus. I do have other school bus videos coming out in the near future but unfortunately they are all similar in length. I can try to get a longer video, obviously I have to be empty, but I can make one over an hour long I'm sure. But it won't be for a while yet. I'm in the process of freeing up space on my phone so I can make longer, better quality videos. But be patient, I will do what I can. Glad to hear from you my brother!

@@calmjourneys1721 I gotcha and what is the beeping that I kept hearing when you first went to crank it up because it has hydraulic brakes, so why does it still beep?
@@codykennedy19 great question. If I remember correctly, it was the low voltage meter alarm. It did that when it first started up, but once it got over 12 volts it stops. It's something out of my control
