@@BH-2 None of the "bedrooms" have windows nor in the kitchen or bathrooms. Very badly planned space, designed to hide the flaws in what is essentially a one-exposure large space with dark interiors. The kitchen looks like it is for someone who probably doesn't cook. Every half-decent cook knows a sink, however fancy, is useless without a splash-guard because the moment you use it, the water will be everywhere. This apartment is all hat, no trousers.
The loft is regal with its classic modern palatial flow with an imperial vibe, and a touch of whimsy. There are various nooks and crannies to hide a way for those moments of reflection. A favorite element are the glass walls and doors that add that lavish feel and bring in brilliant light and warmth. The views offer a peak of the cities unique buildings that surround you. It's really a masterpiece in the design layout. Thanks Ryan and your S. team for a tour of this elegant slice of razzle dazzle!!!!
The best part is that it's so quiet ! Just beautiful. I was a RE Agent for 16 years in NJ, and I would get just as excited about a fabulous home as Ryan gets. Fun to watch ! Thanks
Revisited this video again and noticed some more detail that just continues to mesmerize me. I'm so awestruck with this place. Not much for me to critique except maybe a projector screen to watch TV.
I lived on Crosby Street in the early 80s only a few restaurants down there one place to buy groceries that was on Spring Street. Much preferred to now.
Uniquely creatively designed. I get so bored with most places that I see but this is flowing with creativity. Love the glass black framed petitions to the bedrooms which has a dual purpose to also let in sunlight. The lighting is a plus. You could put in a pool table instead and use it as another tabletop for entertaining. Very spacious. And the hidden seating by the window to curl up and read. Too bad it didn't have a fireplace.
Great vid and I love what they've done with the lofts in SOHO. I remember what they looked like back in the 60's and even worse, the 70's! 😂Anyway, nice job!👍👍
I used to work in SoHo and it's such a cool place. I can only imagine living there. If only I had the money. Great job Ryan and on a different note -do team up with Enes more!
My favorite part about this: 5:45 -- I'm wondering what that random LCD monitor/TV is in the corner of the master bedroom. It looks completely out of place with the rest of the interior decor. 5:47 -- Ryan is looking over at that thing, and in a second, considers whether to mention it as an amenity and realizes, 'I don't know wtf that is,' and just moves on. Love it
Love how real estate agents know how to use strong visual adjectives in describing a property. Verbally and writing it. It could be an old wooden shack and they would know how to make it sound like it’s a palace in Versailles!
The artwork in the place is very inspiring. I live in a similar loft in Belgium and I will experiment with hanging artworks above doors and higher up on the walls, such as in this Soho loft. The kitchen I would do in stainless steel, style ArcLinea or Boffi, but that depends on individual taste of course.
A loft from manufacturing to some of the most interesting and creative people to now the biggest duche's on the planet. Yes i want my loft to come with a lilac suit and tie and a bunch of furnishings my identity coach selected for me in an afternoon. Ahh that lived in look that was fabricated by pottery barn. yes, this is what I want.
Show more make longer videos please I like tours. If you want me to read stuff about it you could have chosen a few pics of it in a blog but you chose to use UA-cam. UA-cam is a visual medium. Utilize that to it's fullest. I watch Enez Yilmazer because his videos are thorough. I watch Cash Jordan's videos because they are thorough. People want to see the stuff and all the special things the property has to offer.
I always wonder how people make their living that can afford 900 per month in HOA fees and shrug it off like it's NBD. My whole mortgage is only a few hundred dollars more than that per month.
No amenities what-so-ever? Strong and solid pass. All the glitz and no form of security, even with a doorman or concierge. That’s why the monthly charges were so low!
Absolutely love the space, it’s just gorgeous. However, the one thing that bothers me a little in lofts is that windows are only on one side of the apartment. I don’t know how I would feel about sleeping in a bedroom without windows. Although with such a closet, I’d find a way to manage. Love the decor as well but I would get rid of the ping pong table and put something else instead, I just don’t know what yet. 😉
The interior windows allow light into the bedrooms. I have a 2-bedroom loft in Detroit. One bedroom is windowless. I regret now not adding some type of windows into the wall but bedrooms are for sleeping. During the day, I’m up and out.
Both bedrooms don't have windows, and three bathrooms in this space is ridiculous. I don't think a room without a window can be called a bedroom in NYC.
"One of my favorite Soho Lofts I have ever seen"...until the next one I have to sell....
LOL, right!! But it was gorgeous.
I actually think this is one of the weaker properties he has ever shown

Ha ha ha so true!
Means?
Nothing like that classic New York loft feeling.......! this is New York living!
Beautiful home
This loft is incredibly beautiful and the new owners are incredibly lucky.
There’s nothing to object: every single detail is top notch (who’s the interior designer GENIUS!)
Only thing I would change is I would swap the pingpong for a pooltable
We love this beautiful loft, Ryan. Congrats in advance to the lucky new owners!

My goodness! What a beautiful, spacey loft! And, this guy's energy could make a south Bronx studio look good!
The best part is that it's so quiet ! Just beautiful. I was a RE Agent for 16 years in NJ, and I would get just as excited about a fabulous home as Ryan gets. Fun to watch ! Thanks
This is the best property in a long time. Love this place.
This place was actually pretty stunning 😍 ✨️ 👌!!!

Whoever staged that did an incredible job. I'd want every piece in there. Is that a Basquiat above the couch?

Beautiful. The interior design is a masterpiece.
Glad you like it!
This is an absolute DREAM!!!
Bet that’s an authentic Basquiat in the living room! AMAZING!
By far this presentation has effortlessly became the focus of my intentions.
Entire space is exceptional 👌 just wow!!!
EVERYTHING. IS. FLAWLESS.
I used to work in SoHo and it's such a cool place. I can only imagine living there. If only I had the money. Great job Ryan and on a different note -do team up with Enes more!
Beautiful loft. Ryan…😍😍😍.

Love it
I noticed that too
Aaaaaaaargh! Screaming because I loooove it!!
One of my favorites yet hope to see more like this. Actually liked the decor a lot. Plus that espresso bar omg
if I had the money I would buy this loft right now! it's beautiful.
OK RYAN you finally got me, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
Love how real estate agents know how to use strong visual adjectives in describing a property. Verbally and writing it. It could be an old wooden shack and they would know how to make it sound like it’s a palace in Versailles!
This is beautiful and Ryan looks handsome here 🔥
thats a perfect loft wow beautiful

I love this...exactly my style!
I like that background beat during the first half of the video 2:07
Show us " normal " NY apartments. Not just penthouses and lofts!!
They sure are nicely done but I have an issue with the HOA fees. Its crazy
just pure perfection
Looks like an office building. I’ve spent enough time in offices. I want home to look and feel like a home.
This space is everything 😍😍
Love the art! ❤
Perfect Soho Loft💙
I like that it’s different from what he usually shows, but not for me. Someone will like it.
So there is no window at master bedroom, right?
Great job Ryan 👍
Man, not one but two HUGE Wes Lang paintings in there.
It IS the Best, Bravo I.D.team
Who did the interior design!?
Perfect place!

Beautiful
Stunning but for staging purposes I would of replaced the ping pong table with a grand piano for the table cheapens the look.
Ryan, When do we get to watch the full tour of Central Park tower’s penthouse…?
Beautiful 😍
What a beautiful loft! The style is so unique it's beautiful.
It really is!
Stylish & Cool ❤
10/10
No windows in the bedrooms......that would be a code violation
Oh my favourite loft yet. 🤍
I always wonder how people make their living that can afford 900 per month in HOA fees and shrug it off like it's NBD. My whole mortgage is only a few hundred dollars more than that per month.
This man could sell just about anything.
FAVOLOSO LOFT
That’s the look of money at the end!
You know what I like Ryan
It is like a warehouse, 5000 sqft three levels single family suburban house is everybody’s ultimate home for family.
Ok really great space as a person who lovesssss black interiors it's AMAZING .but how much is it
Think I'll buy this one.
A Big Beauty, for real. Pamela in Detroit
WoW, so neither one of the 3 bedrooms has a window?!?!?!?!
lost me at the ping pong table in the middle of the room. had me at the murphy bed
Ping pong table works better in the den, tbh. But that's an easy fix
one of the cOOLEST lofts
Classy ping pong table...
love!
Was this apartment used in the movie "begin again"?
Amazing 😮😊
No amenities what-so-ever? Strong and solid pass. All the glitz and no form of security, even with a doorman or concierge. That’s why the monthly charges were so low!
by chance any loft owner here to tell me your experience with cooking and the smell of food all over the house, because I wonder how it is like.
It's mine!
Espectacular, Me Encantan los loft por los grandes espacios, en este caso están muy bien decorado.
¡Estamos de acuerdo!
nice lobby tour let's get to the apartment

Never ve seen something better...
Guinness
I would kill for Miehle appliances in my loft kitchen. I have an IKEA stove.
I'll take it
I cannot, it's friggin amazing.... uffff
Nice content
Bond St is the greatest street in soho!
DAYUM!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🤩🤩
❤
Cool nice
Where's the sink sprayer? I'll pass lol been watching too many Cash Jordan videos
If that loft is something that you could never have imagined, I don't understand what are you doing working in this profession!!!
All i think about is the taxes for life🤣🤣🤣
It is beautiful, but it does remind me that without good company, it lacks the vibrancy that great, fun friends can bring to a space.
Both bedrooms don't have windows, and three bathrooms in this space is ridiculous.
I don't think a room without a window can be called a bedroom in NYC.
no windows in the "bedroom" lol
This is more like a Crate&Barrel showroom than a home😂
LOVE IT ❤
Who was the interior designer?
How much?
link is in the description!
