Five minutes and text arrived. You got to have that friendly, loving, euphoric feeling while meditating.. it has to be a welcoming feeling
yeah for me its that feeling of thankfulness and "it would be great if that happened" instead of "I need this to happen badly" .. but its not always easy to bring that up

Anyone reading the comments for confirmation that this works: don't doubt it and it will!! Not even 5 minutes. Make sure you see and feel them (looking at a picture of them before doing it might help if you have trouble visualising). Put on a nice love song afterwards and just visualise them being with you, sitting next to you etc. Ignore everything else, just feel their presence. And HAVE FUN with the process. Do it just for the sake of feeling them and feeling good. Removes resistance. Enjoy ❤

ARGH I tried this meditation. It took a little longer than usual but after a week my person contacted me! During the meditation I felt overwhelmed with emotion. I’m just here to say it works. For me it was in 10 minutes. For us who listen to tens of these kind of audios to manifest sp and texts, I can tell you that this is the only one that worked.
Feeling is the secret. If you can’t feel the state from the mediation, just do it over and over and focus on feeling your person. Not the message that you want to get.
Also, you have to locate that source power in your body, wherever you want it to be.
I pictured it as a layer of light under my forehead that is like a filter that I use to find answers to any problems. You can imagine it in any shape, size, and location, but you have to picture it! He doesn’t say that but I feel it’s so important

@@RS-xh4ok i tried to go back thru the Robert Zink videos so i could share with you the ones i tried and worked … but there are so many! as mentioned, ALL of his techniques have helped me quickly. More specifically, the guided visualizations, ie, picturing them in the distance and then they come closer and closer to you. GEEZE, i hope this helps. i do recall ONE that started off with “You rejected me, now I am rejecting you” then imagine they start begging you to not let them go, they’re calling your name and reaching for you as they get smaller and smaller. Then you finally allow them to come closer and you reach out to them and help them back toward you” …. not sure if you can do a search for it ??

Ok, am ready to say this: three weeks a go i break up with somebody, he have a complicated situation. I had one week in meditations (this is one of many), afirmations and BELIVING that i'm deserve love. Today he text me and ask me for a drink, this is the first times in seven months that he came to my house an gave me a real date, he said that he missing me and can't stop thinking about me and our relationship. OMG, I can't believe this just happened to me. My SP is a ghoster and he just texted me after listening to this meditation. I'm over the moon. I advice you to be super relaxed while doing it and if their face doesn't come easily to your mind, look at a picture of them before meditating and evoke their face during the meditation. It's so helpful to see them clearly. And feel them hugging you. Feel their hands around you, feel their whole body against yours. It will happen.

I tried 4 months and nothing....
It worked for me within a few minutes. The meditation filled me with peace and a sense of gratitude. She then texted me within 20 minutes of listening to this. It wasn't exactly the absolutely loving interaction I was hoping for: but it built a bridge to heal our relationship - i felt that I was in her mind and that things will move forward in a positive direction from now on.

As always! This worked. I came off the meditation and ( importantly) didn’t go and check my messages, but checked social media. Came back to messages and saw that the contact had happened during the meditation!!!
