The character's groans are eerie, and the more you look at his design, the less you seem to understand about him. What's up with his eyes? Where does his body end? Why is he seemingly attached to that big ring? Why is the ring colored? So many questions, so few answers.

In the unused song its a nice touch that the background is the last fight in sonic 3 and knuckles and from what I gather in the creepy pasta sonic lost all this rings in space and fell to earth killing him
Another persons comment explained the reference, I’ll explain why it went unused, so pretty much the song was meant for the character genesys, maybe burnt sonic as well, but those characters are made by *her* and so after the drama the song went unused.
