Kabhi rules pade ho agar 6 -6 din jaroori hota kam krna ek sath to govt ke 12 ghante kam phir next 12 ghante ki chhuti wale rules nahi hote.

Maine self study Kr k PMT qualify kiya tha, aur ab NEETPG ki Preparation bhi ghar se hi Kr rha, delete UA-cam and all social media apps ,only for 1 8-10 months and it will pay back whole life satisfactory career.

Don't choose doctor profession as a escape plan! Many other professions are there....in today's era...these cases not occuring everywhere! Being home maker is not bad at all...people who don't want to manage their duties...they tell it bad.
36 hour duty ke baad 10 ghanta padhai. Is it even effective if you are not getting sleep?
There is no sleep concept in residency...doctors life is hectic and toxic
