I have watched this video countless number of times I can't get over this house it's breath taking everytime I watch it but please help me identify wich one among the rooms is the master bedroom and l also feel like you should've shown us everything including the strong room and the staff qaurters

(Top left room on top of the upstairs) Even though quite cool to see, for obvious security reasons, we couldn’t share the stronghold video footage. The garages are always tricky - either we can’t show them as they look like a mess (storage boxes everywher), or they have a prized possession of fancy cars which the owner isn’t too keen on sharing.

Nah man this house is a steal - the estate is right next door to Serengeti (like they are literally touching each other) which is 6 times the price. The biggest stand in Serengeti is 2000sqm / the smallest in Dunblane is 7500sqm. Location wise, Kempton Park(East Rand)- Traffic is minimal - Airport, R21, Glen Marais 15min away, train goes from the airport to Sandton to Pretoria to Joburg or Centurion. Plus the estate has large stands and is exclusive

Let’s be honest though, the internal design of this house is why it’s priced so cheap before we talk location & economic times. This house flow is just not cutting it. One would think so, but surpassingly, the overall property market has been quite buoyant since coming out of lockdown last year (obviously, some areas will do better/worse than others).
This home has been on the market for a while - it wasn’t until recently with the publication of this video that we’ve seen quite the offer activity!

It’s been soooo long since I shot this one - I stand correctly, but I vaguely remember the agent at the time saying the owner didn’t want us to reveal the architect/builder name as they didn’t have the greatest experience?

Unlike yourself and 100,000’s of my enthusiastic Instagram followers, some individual(s) decided to put a halt to it all by disabling (hacking?) my IG account. Afraid the odds are very slim that it’ll ever come back online again😫
