I confess, this is a remake of a video I did a couple of years back. (Clearly, before I had any video editing skills.) But it's been reframed, reworked, and I've even included some previously unused footage. It still looks a little cheap, I know, as I was working with footage from a variety of different devices with different frame-rates, etc. I COULD have used newer footage, as I've taken quite a bit over the last year or so, but I was feeling nostalgic about a simpler time when everyone wasn't wearing masks and avoiding shaking hands with strangers. Anyway, I hope you like the new version!

Great explanations for etiquette at the shrine, Jordan! It was also nice that you stopped and talked with "Himo" (haha) and his friends.

Thanks! Yeah, I realize that I made a number of faux pas, considering I was talking about etiquette. 😅

Great video. I hope it gives more people the confidence to engage more when they visit a shrine.

@@umeda26 Yes, that’s the place where I first had Minoh’s W-IPA real ale, which may be my favorite beer. I wish I lived a bit closer so I could visit more often!

Part 2 is on the way! (I’ve been working on a couple of videos at the same time, so editing has been slow.)
Anyway, glad you liked the first one! And sorry for the wait… 😅

Many of the Shinto rituals and instruments are similar to what Israel did/had in Bible times.
