i'll be the first to admit that some of my opinions regarding ICP and their fanbase have changed since this video. i still think all of the songs featured on here are shit, but i do respect ICP for getting where they're at on their own with virtually no MTV airplay (back when that was a thing) or radio promotion. i also respect how diehard and devoted their fans are, despite their homophobic remarks on this video when it was on blip. that being said, i still do enjoy some of their songs, either due to the beat, the creative lyrical concepts, or both. i'll put it like this: i could make a decent 75 minute mixed CD of everything ICP put out from 1992-1999. sincerely, fat guy on left.

They were able to put all the meaning of their songs into ONE SONG. I think it deserves some praise. Not only that, but I don’t full agree with all the songs on here, they’re all really good songs. (Like I said in the beginning, I don’t want to upset anyone, this is MY OPINION!)

I don't have an argument for I do this! but: 1. Santa is a Fat Bitch is a fun song, it's not meant to be anything more than what the title says it to be 2. Bugz on My Nugz is also an incredibly fun song, and in fact, one of my favorites. But, let's for a second take the rest of the album, with songs like Southwest Song, and compare them sonically and lyrically to Bugz. It's INCREDIBLY apparent that it's not attempting to be ANYTHING more than a silly little story about STD's. 3. Rainbow's and Stuff is, again, supposed to be fun. From the sarcastic vocal delivery to the switch from "Sweetness" to "Hatred" again makes it clear this isn't mean to be anything deep. 4. Your points on Juggalo Island are honestly stupid. The point isn't to "make an island" for real. It's a song about having a space for everyone to be themselves and to be free. 5. I love Lil' Somethin' Somethin' but your points are valid. It's far from my top 100 of their songs. 6. The Unveiling, I love, but your points are still valid here. 7. Where's God? is a bop wtf ya'll talkin' about 8. Cotton Candy & Popsicles is similar to Rainbows & Stuff, but yes, slightly inferior. That instrumental break IS the best part of the song though, yes. 9. I will fully agree on Blacken Your Eyes. I'm not a Juggalo, I called Myself one for about 1 year (2014-2015) when I was always high on *insert drugs* but I am a fan of hip hop and Horrorcore as a whole. I liked their stuff from about 95-2000 (only main albums) and like some parts of the new album but the first 2 (1992-1994) weren't the best and much of the 2000s was just horrendous, their early tapes of 'gangsta rap' cuz they actually were gang members (Inner City Posse, a set of the Latin Counts; and friends with Mickey Cobras and whoever the X-men are) from 1989-1991 which sounded like any gangsta rap music from the later 90s (not good quality), the whole Christian rap shit is stupid. Now excuse me as I go back to some Gravediggaz, Boondox, and Tech N9ne
I don't know how I stumbled upon this video but here we go. "Bugz on my nugz" was originally called "bugz on my nugz" before they had a backing label. They re-released the album later on and the record label changed the name of the song. Also, both members of ICP were below the age of 21 when they release "bugz on my nugz" so let that sink in. Is it really far fetched that they made a Christmas album that talks about how they are poor and don't get to celebrate Christmas the same way other kids who are more fortunate do? I really don't see anything wrong with that. On top of it all, it's pretty funny so even if you can't relate you can still laugh along with the song. There's no valid points in this video as to why these songs are bad in any way other than them being songs from the Insane clown posse.

Honestly, I don't mind ICP. Most of it is just shock value, especially in the lyrics. It's like they're trying to be as edgy and insane as possible because that's their gimmick. I'm not gonna go and say you don't understand because for one I'm not a huge fan, for two, I'd be a hypocrite because that'd be implying that I myself understand them well, and for three, I'd come off as a butthurt asshole, which I see happens a lot with Juggalos. Kyris They've always had Christian undertones. In old age they've began to make them more prevalent. I love their music that talks about eternal damnation/bliss. Hells Pit, The Wraith, and The Missing Link are all somewhat newer and they're great. They try to stay positive despite the hate they get and that's admirable.

I agree with all of these except Lil Somethin Somethin. Yes, it's a horrible song but that's the point. It's the worst, most cringeworthy, ridiculous thing I've ever listened to, and it makes me laugh my ass off every time. It's supposed to capture what it would be like if the iCP characters were being romantic, and it just works, nuff said. Plus the beat is pretty catchy.

I don't have an argument for I do this! but:
1. Santa is a Fat Bitch is a fun song, it's not meant to be anything more than what the title says it to be
2. Bugz on My Nugz is also an incredibly fun song, and in fact, one of my favorites. But, let's for a second take the rest of the album, with songs like Southwest Song, and compare them sonically and lyrically to Bugz. It's INCREDIBLY apparent that it's not attempting to be ANYTHING more than a silly little story about STD's.
3. Rainbow's and Stuff is, again, supposed to be fun. From the sarcastic vocal delivery to the switch from "Sweetness" to "Hatred" again makes it clear this isn't mean to be anything deep.
4. Your points on Juggalo Island are honestly stupid. The point isn't to "make an island" for real. It's a song about having a space for everyone to be themselves and to be free.
5. I love Lil' Somethin' Somethin' but your points are valid. It's far from my top 100 of their songs.
6. The Unveiling, I love, but your points are still valid here.
7. Where's God? is a bop wtf ya'll talkin' about

I'm not a Juggalo, I called Myself one for about 1 year (2014-2015) when I was always high on *insert drugs* but I am a fan of hip hop and Horrorcore as a whole. I liked their stuff from about 95-2000 (only main albums) and like some parts of the new album but the first 2 (1992-1994) weren't the best and much of the 2000s was just horrendous, their early tapes of 'gangsta rap' cuz they actually were gang members (Inner City Posse, a set of the Latin Counts; and friends with Mickey Cobras and whoever the X-men are) from 1989-1991 which sounded like any gangsta rap music from the later 90s (not good quality), the whole Christian rap shit is stupid. Now excuse me as I go back to some Gravediggaz, Boondox, and Tech N9ne

I don't know how I stumbled upon this video but here we go. "Bugz on my nugz" was originally called "bugz on my nugz" before they had a backing label. They re-released the album later on and the record label changed the name of the song. Also, both members of ICP were below the age of 21 when they release "bugz on my nugz" so let that sink in. Is it really far fetched that they made a Christmas album that talks about how they are poor and don't get to celebrate Christmas the same way other kids who are more fortunate do? I really don't see anything wrong with that. On top of it all, it's pretty funny so even if you can't relate you can still laugh along with the song. There's no valid points in this video as to why these songs are bad in any way other than them being songs from the Insane clown posse.

Honestly, I don't mind ICP. Most of it is just shock value, especially in the lyrics. It's like they're trying to be as edgy and insane as possible because that's their gimmick.
I'm not gonna go and say you don't understand because for one I'm not a huge fan, for two, I'd be a hypocrite because that'd be implying that I myself understand them well, and for three, I'd come off as a butthurt asshole, which I see happens a lot with Juggalos. Kyris They've always had Christian undertones. In old age they've began to make them more prevalent. I love their music that talks about eternal damnation/bliss. Hells Pit, The Wraith, and The Missing Link are all somewhat newer and they're great. They try to stay positive despite the hate they get and that's admirable.
There's a difference between talking about being a good person, damnnation if you're bad, except. and sounding like a christian rap group. Some of the songs from missing link: found sound like they belong on an E-harmony advertisment.
There is nothing christian about them then or now... and, frankly, very few of their tracks really qualify as horrorcore.

I found out about ICP a little sooner than most of their listeners, back in like 94 mainly because they were from the area. they were really gimmicky and we're good with merchandise and promoting themselves. I got into the music for like 1 year and then bone thugs came out and I never took it seriously again
