you have to add up the total wattage of your tv & ps4 & see if its under the capacity of this model else go for higher model.
My pc spc is i5 12th f with rtx 3060 and using 8×2 ram and msi frog 100r cabinet. I only need protection earthing can this ups useful for that.😅
