When I was in Mumbai I din't like the local cusine because of South Indian background ( Khammam) so I started cooking myself but I had absolutely zero knowledge then suddenly I remembered your show which comes in Zee telugu afternoon time ( I watched once in home because I bored) then I started searching those shows in the UA-cam then suddenly your channel recommendation popup that's the turning point for the next 3 years I cooked my own food watching your videos that's how I survived 3 years in Mumbai. hey Vahchef its a katte pongal in our region but I'm not sure for brinjal take into it but we eat pongal how ever we want. in hindhu tradition pongal have separate preference we give so love pongal all the time

Sir, I tried it... It was super delicious... Esp the chutney.. Evry1 loved it. But the rice dal mixture was bit tight as I did not know the water proportion... But I will correct next time..

Super Chef. I like pongal 1:3 ( for 1 cup of rice and 3 cups of dal ) . Eggplant is twist and can we try with bottle Guard , with Dhaniya seeds chutney too.

I only know curried vegetable oatmeal upmah, pooha with herbs-butter-cheese, halwa sooji, and halwa dosa meal. I’d eat that chutney you made with dal wali roti & fresh fruit, idk about the rest of that meal. Great for everybody, vegetarians. Nice video. May God always bless you ✌🏻💕😁

You can use any rice - we usually use cheaper rice as this one gets all mashed up
