- Okay so maybe spraying foam round ultra sensitive rode mics wasn't the best idea i've ever had! I had to cut this video almost in half because the sounds were just too loud and uncomfortable. I hope somebody, somewhere can still find what i've left in, relaxing :D Please accept my apologies and i'll be sure to bring you a proper video next time!
I do love haircut roleplays and this time, i tried to add a few new touches and it just didn't work out :D
We are officially into February now so it's basically all plain sailing from here right? :D:D RIGHT! :D
Finally...don't worry, the beard has now been trimmed. Hopefully no more cream or shaving foam getting stuck in it lolol

ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.
The reference to the 3d barber shop made me smile so much. It was a huge trigger for me when I first heard it and I kept coming back to that video until i discovered ASMR. So thank you for a throwback!

I was falling asleep but when I heard that, I was like “wait! Did I hear that right?” 😂 that video and my medical check ups were my first exposure to ASMR

Hey Matt, your videos is by far the most outstanding ASMR stuff out there and believe me I follow lots of channels the last two years. It's the elegance and the professionalism you display that's so enjoyable 🙏🏾 I have tinnitus and CPap mask and your videos helps me to sleep. What can I say, but this was fantastic.
There’s something about either watching someone having their haircut or getting my own hair cut that I find is such a strong tingle trigger.
All the way through from your soft-spoken pitch at the beginning, through to the recap of what had been done made this so relaxing to listen to.
The actual hair cutting though was done with such surgical precision, the associated sounds, the scissors, spray, and shaving along with the close attention all came together to generate some intense tingles for me.

I really enjoy haircut asmr videos too :D Though I never really enjoy haircuts all that much in real life ahah. I like the barber and the hot towel shave, but not so much the haircut :D
Absolute King of ASMR. I return to this channel almost every night to relax before falling asleep. I rarely ever finish because it’s that great. Just listen and let the relaxation set in.

I have to ask, do you pre-plan your script? Or do you just make it up as you go along? Whatever your doing, it works, some of the phases and metaphors you come up with are legendary.
