I like her animations and quips for it but it's dull in design besides the electric hits. Also when she runs with it, she has both hands holding the wrench but when you see her running she has her regular default run 😔

Well to flip a heirloom by running in general you need to spam them inspect button binder to your controller

If you sprint and hold L2/LT you can inspect it
For me ever since I got the heirloom the only way I figured how you do that with rampart is just by simply running and and then walk and then repeat.

Rampart heirloom is better than coustic hammer, bloodhound's axe, path's gloves, mirage's statue, Bangalore's knife, Watson's heirloom, and Lifeline's one.
