Santiago Ruiz is the love story of a man's passion for his family and his land. A pioneering winery in the D.O. Rías Baixas D.O. which, since 1984, has been making wines that reflect the purest essence of the landscape in which they are born.
Heir to the family winemaking tradition, in the 1980s and retired, Santiago Ruiz decided to dedicate his life to what really excited him: creating high quality wines made with five native varieties from O Rosal, with a fresh, elegant, and complex style.
