I dry it out in the oven on a very low temperature for a few hours then blitz it in my blender. It turns it into an all purpose powder that can be used to flavor almost anything. You can also add the pulp to baked goods or throw it in homemade stock. There’s definitely no need to waste it.
@@skaterlover1999 It really is going to depend on your oven but I simply spread the pulp out on a cookie sheet in a single layer, then put it in the oven on the lowest temperature; around 175, for several hours…I want to say at least 6-8. You’re basically dehydrating it so you want it to go until it’s completely dried out. Check it every two hours or so. Also check on here to see if there’s videos on it. I’m sure you’ll find something. Hope this helps!

Great idea. You could spread it thinner on a baking sheet and dehydrate it and make chips for dipping too. Or use it as fertiliser for plants but I don’t know if that actually helps plants. Don’t see why not. 🤷🏻♀️
When your juicing, you need to mash it up good, and add it back to your juice. Many people are not aware that you need that fiber to help break down that fructose, and it helps to break it down in the liver.
Nah juicing allows you more nutrients with the fiber you cannot ingest as much of the juice and also what would be the point of spending hundreds of bucks on a juicer when you can just blend it in a smoothie
@@dom19945nope. I have been doing smoothies for decades. I live on the island now where fruits are cheap and plentiful. I fill my jeep up all the time. I’ve been doing smoothies for decades. You can’t drink that many smoothies in a day. What’s your max. Today was my first day juicing and I didn’t eat any food. It’s different. I drank so many fruits and veggies I would never before. I’m back on the juice train I’m back I’m back I’m back last time. I was on the juice train. I lost 80 pounds and I felt amazing but that was due to a issue I had now I’m doing it because I just want to feel good
Question. Is the pulp still full of nutrients. Can i dehydrate it as well and still have nutrients as well. Will it still have most or all of the nutrients? Anyone know?
That's awesome! I sure would have thrown it out 😂. I just bought a juicer, not that super fancy one like yours, but I have one that should serve its purpose. I haven't used it yet, but I have it should I decide to make some juice. Thanks for the great videos, as always. Blessings.
Actually they are saying its healthier to eat the pulp and throw away the juice or only have a little of it. When you juice you are removing all the good fiber. Greens you can juice but when you juice fruit you are just putting sugar in your body with no fiber
You had me til you said "gwa-lah" at the end. It's pronounced "wah-lah" (and spelled: voila). Lastly, it's redundant to say "there you have it, voila" because voila literally means "there it is/there you are".

What temp and how long or does it depend?

Yeah i’m thinking compost
I boil it and make teas. I don’t have freezer space. But I want to cube it as well as dehydrate it

no there are reasons people juice as opposed to smoothies, look up the benefits of each.

I just received a Nama juicer today and was wondering what to use the pulp for rather than throwing it out.
Thank you, I really enjoy your content.
Are there any juice or even nutritional benefits left tho?
Yes, but the biggest thing is the fiber.
Excellent
