This coastal route is called the Wild Atlantic Way. From Galway City, we drive south to Oranmore and then to Kinvara. Turning right in Kinvara, we went through the Burren in County Clare, down to the Cliffs of Moher. And from the Cliffs of Moher we came down the west coast of Clare. We came down to Liscannor and continued on into Lahinch. From Lahinch we went down the west coast all the way down to Doonbeg. We had lunch in Kilrush and then caught our ferry across the River Shannon. We came into North Kerry, to Tarbert. And from Tarbert we came into Listowel. And from Listowel we went to Tralee, and from Tralee - we stopped in Tralee. We had a look at the gardens in Tralee and the history museum. We went to Camp, Lispole and on into Dingle and the Dingle Peninsula.
Went there last week and you couldn't get me near those cliffs. One stumble, one slip, one trip, one big gust of wind and you're over the edge and falling 800 feet. Ireland is so cool. People are so friendly. I almost felt bad coming back to America and it's crime but it's home. I miss Ireland.
Do you really think Ireland doesn't have a lot of crime?????
yep, likely to get gunned down in my USA. off to Ireland soon to try some raw oysters. nice video.
@dbag0584 troll.
Me and my nephew (20 years younger than me) went to the Cliffs of Moher 2 years ago. Yes, we got past the barrier and sat on the edge. We even laid on our stomachs and leaned our heads over. What an amazing feeling.
@@lindalai9092 It doesn't have the crime America has, that's for sure.
Beautiful!!!
Cliffs of Moher. Oh, my!!!! Don't look down! Don't look down!!!
Gotta look down.😅
Nice to see the cliffs of Moher. When we visited it was thick fog and we couldn't see anything.!!.
I really enjoy watching this video
I really enjoyed my stop at the Cliffs of Moher on a day bus trip from Dublin. Had a nice meal in the restaurant too. Got a bit carsick on the narrow roads in a big huge bus (driving on the left).
Im irish and ive been to all of that stuff
Very nice cliffs of mohar in Ireland
Great video!! So excited to go in 2 weeks :)
You can still get close to the edge. Locals DO NOT go to the visitor center as its costs 10 Euro.
Look up - "Liscannor Walk (cliffs of moher)" - You can walk the edge for 8km all the way for free. You can also park your car in a house for 3euro.
I'm from nz and went to Ireland to coach rugby its a beautiful place jst to wet for me and the beaches if you could call them that sucked
Ireland's West Coast: Galway to Cliffs of Moher, to Dingle
The most beautiful part of the west is mayo leitrim sligo and donegal or as beautiful as galway clare and kerry.
Sorry but the highest sea cliffs are Slieve League in Donegal. 3 times the height of the cliffs of Moher
cliffs of moher are not the highest sea cliffs in Europe. Slieve League in Donegal are higher.
Cliffs of Achillel mayo highest in western Europe
1,500 miles? Interesting as he island of Ireland is 300 miles from head to toe.
hmmmm
It's not a straight road - it IS 1500 miles
MY LOVE BY WESTLIFE. WHERE'S SLIGO? HOME OF 3/4 OF WESTLIFE
Micandro county sligo is in the north west .It borders co. mayo which borders galway.Sligo is the main town of county sligo.Doesn't get much tourism despite having many attractions.Tourism in ireland generally follows a triangle of dubln cork kerry and galway in the republic of ireland and a slight segwy into Northern irelands county antrim.Generally areas outside tht and many parts within get verry little tourism
Hi good afternoon savage
7:42 County Terry aye?
Mup Tralee
These are NOT the highest sea cliffs in Europe.
That honour belongs to Slieve League in Co Donegal at 2000 ft
Thank you for that correction. I see Wikipedia says Slieve League is 3 times higher than Moher! I must go there some day. Donegal was already near the top of my list.
I'm sorry the weather wasn't better for you ... May can often be stunning in Ireland but you were unlucky.
We had better luck in the next visit, some of those videos available now, more coming soon.
Can I MOVE there, from american.
I've been to Ireland twice. If I had the money I'd be living in Dublin... But the whole country is beautiful.
The barron cliffs are ugly; no trees. The city/town is beautiful
The Cliffs of Moher are not ugly, they are absolutely breathtakingly beautiful.
