I was thinking about the same thing! Why the external area was his main need? Where was he cooking his food and sleeping, if nothing was ready for it? Why planting flowers instead growing vegetables? And.... So many questions that won't be answered 🤔😅
They’re not genuine renovation videos. Many of them are student projects or visitor centres. It’s a bit strange that all the people in them have amazing skills despite never having lifted a hammer before? Renovations on old abandoned properties like these take a great deal of time, money and skills, no one would put so much work into the outside areas when the house was practically falling down. You never, ever see a walk through of a completed house, they all just end abruptly. Sometimes you can see the same people in different videos! 😂

Lots of attention to the outside, but not much shown about the inside. This man has a good head on his shoulders + he has knowledge, just the person to upgrade his property. He is a good all-rounder really. He is achieving & I would like to see the finished home & garden.
