What are your thoughts on this mode?

No second chance perks makes the game actually somewhat fun to play on killer again!
love it, hopefully the first of many new modes
It’s a wee bit of fun but unbalanced
It's a bit of fun and has helped me with certain achievements. It's so unbalanced as it's killer on easy mode . Leatherface is utterly broken and by far the best killer for this mode.
Legion is ridiculously powerful in this mode. It's dark, everyone's oblivious and Legion can use their frenzy to track everyone in the dark. Keep everyone injured and you can hear where they all are. I've gotten several snowball matches because of it.
WAIT....legion cant see the killer instict of people who are oblivious. so how do u track them if they are healthy
@@Artorias_Abysswalker33 you can track them. That’s part of what makes them so strong in this game mode. I don’t think survivors are actually oblivious, the killer just has no terror radius. I might’ve worded it wrong.
Billy coming out from the darkness with Apex Muffler add on would be terrifying as hell

The one thing that I can appreciate more about the mode as a killer is survivors not being able to abuse a lot of the brain dead perks. Nothing against the average survivor with windows and sprint burst but nothings more annoying than a survivor who pre-runs you and takes you on a 3 gen chase and t-bags you at the exit, it's honestly a nice change of pace

Idk if using sprint burst or windows is really abuse but sure
@@GabeSutton21 I only used windows and lithe or sprint burst when I was ass at looping. Nothing wrong at all with using those perks but they are kinda brain dead

@@Kageofyoutube I think that is because freddy's power has a different filter, that probably causes an issue when in the modifier
@@dmitrijstrofimovs2596 because devs didn't know how to code in the dream world with L.O, yet they were able to make Dredge's nightfall work. So. Proably lazy or skill issue on their ends. Likely both.
I’ve played a few games as Billy and after one of my games someone messaged me saying “you scared me so bad I flung my controller across the room.” That’s was funny.
It’s crazy how many sweats are in the lights out mode, there is no mmr ranking and they still camp and tunnel which is weird because those are comp strategies only thing I would ask if they bring in anti camp in those mode. Other than that very fun mode

I only played a couple games but my best game was with the Knight, using his guards as ad-hoc bloodhounds to sniff out survivors in the dark

When I played as GhostFace in Lights Out mode I just kept sneaking up on my opponents and got a 4K

So only killers have good things to say about this gamemode. No shit, I would've never guessed that removing all sorts of survival tools on survivor, essentially making them dolls who roam around aimlessly waiting to be killed, while killers appear from nowhere, can see gen auras and use instadown powers with no counter, would be extremely unfair and only played by frustrated killers who can't win normal games. Hell, the whole "survivors only use WoO and buckle up+FtP, so I have to tunnel" arguement is useless here, yet killers do that more than ever, since survivors can't counter it
Honestly it's just scary fun to me. When was the last time you've gotten jump scared consistently by every killer

This is really fun and creepy but having played both killer and victim in this mode, i definitely think this is very op for the killers. How long is this meant to go on for?
i played the mode with myer and myer is way to strong, u can stalk through the dark to tier 3 and 1 shot everyone

@@Happy55547There is no need for balance changes if they disable all the perks and add-ons, just like in this mode. Besides, if it's a for fun kinda thing then why would you need to have balance at all?
It's gonna be really fun to jump in with the other killer and cooperate to troll the survivors.
@@PLYTATN Plague would be beyond overpowered because she can just make survivors injured. And then the other killer. If it's a oni, the oni gets free blood orbs and his power. And if you try to cleanse you get punished for it because the plague gets a extremely strong ability. And there needs to be balance changes.
@@Happy55547 Like i said, the mode is supposed to be for fun only, the whole point was to create funny scenarios with 2 killers that normally wouldn't happen if there was just 1 killer.
If people really care about winning that much in a fun mode then they shouldn't play it. Or maybe just ban Plague and Oni from the mode if it was that bad.

the survivors are still highlighted in nightfall along with killer instinct from teleporting which is handy, every little bit helps
