This is a good song to make fan videos for as every movie/series have the charachters who can be matched to these roles. I think you made it very well, this is my favourite among GoT videos. I was wondering that Tyrion would be the praiah, but your choice was better - Tyrion is still a Lannister which can give him some protection but Ser Jorah has nothing - he is banished, no money, no power, only a hopeless love. However, Sansa as the martyr? For me martyr means someone who suffers or sacrifices him/herself for a higher purpose by his/her own choice. Sansa suffers a lot, but it is not her choice, just the circumstances. Who would be good for the martyr? Mance Ryder maybe. There are not much martyrs in GoT, as most of them simply wants to survive or not brave enough to sacrifice themselves for something pathetic.
