स्वादिष्ट लौकी कोफ़्ता बनाने की बेहद सरल रेसिपी| Lauki Kofta recipe in Marwadi Dudhi Kofta recipe

Lauki Kofta banaane ka behada aasaan aur saral tareeka jaanein Marwadi style mein :)
INGREDIENTS FOR LAUKI KOFTA SABZI -
लौकी - ५०० ग्राम​
प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - १, बारीक कटा हुआ + २, पीसे हुए
हरी मिर्च - २ + २, बारीक कटी हुई+ २, लंबी कटी हुई
अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट - १ छोटा चम्मच + १ चम्मच​
जीरा (भूनकर पीसा हुआ) - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
काली मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १ + १ छोटा चम्मच​​​​
गरम मसाला - १/२ + १ छोटा चम्मच​
अजवाइन - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
बेसन - ५ चम्मच​
नमक - १ + १ छोटा चम्मच​
खाद्य तेल - तलने अनुसार​
देशी घी - २ चम्मच​
जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच​
टमाटर (छोटा आकार​) - ३, पीसे हुए
धनिया पाउडर - २ छोटा चम्मच​
हल्दी पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
​ धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)

(ENGLISH)
Bottle Gourd - 500 gm
Onion (medium size) - 1, finely chopped + 2, ground to paste
Green Chilli - 2 + 2, finely chopped + 2, cut along length
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp + 1 table spoon
Cumin seeds (roasted & powdered) - ½ tsp
Black Pepper powder - ½ tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 + 1 tsp
Garam Masala - ½ + 1 tsp
Ajwain - ½ tsp
Gramflour - 5 table spoon
Salt - 1 + 1 tsp
Edible Oil - to fry
Desi Ghee - 2 table spoon
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Tomato (small size) - 3, ground to paste
Coriander seeds powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)

Any other materials to use apart from besan. As I cannot eat besan. I mean binding material for kofta. Suzi can be an option. Pl answer.

Its not must to add besan, instead you can add rice flour or potato boiled.. try and see as the taste varies.
