Adam Driver seems a lot more relaxed and comedic in this interview than other interviews I've seen.

Same. You just know theyre the kind of people that made fun of the kids that liked Star Wars. Now that theyre older theyre trying to fit in and pretend theyre fans of the series.... I got a warm feeling too that despite working in the entertainment biz they still have to wait like the rest of us.

After seeing their characters, it's interesting to see these actors as themselves. I think it shows the skill of the actor when they have us hating them.

Is it me, or does Adam sound a bit different from other people from the US? To me it looks like he has a different accent, but, being a foreigner, I might be detecting something that americans don't find odd at all.

I dont hear any abnormal or different accent. He sounds kind of west coast-y to me, like Californian or something , but that is in the US LOL. He has a distinguishable voice, but thats different than an accent.

+OhNoHereComesAlice “Ally” !!!!! All Americans have different accents. There's not a singular accent for the country. You have Northeastern accents (New York, Boston, New Jersey), Southern accents, Mid-Western accents (Chicago, Minnesota), and West Coast accents. There is no 'American' accents because the country has different ones. The one most commonly used by those who are not American in movies is the West Coast (more specifically California) accent because that's where Hollywood is. Adam is from Indiana, so he most likely has a Mid-Western accent.

Adam Driver is hilarious as a bad guy , when he saw the movie and saw the part were he takes his mask off .....
he must have closed his eyes in horror !
Would be a much better movie if he kept his damn mask on.
+Novitatis Veritatis Eh, I felt it helped the audience to believe he has some doubts about the choices he has made. With the mask, he becomes not only more villainous and breaks the ""tempted by the light" part of his persona, but makes him TOO much of a Vader clone. I think the mask coming off was necessary to humanize him a bit.
