That was a real hoot watching Bruce with his pattie maker! Dawn, he couldn’t have done it without you. LOL. That was fun to watch. Cool gadget. I wonder if turkey or chicken burgers would work!?! Or maybe fish? Fish might be a long stretch. It makes me think of a lot of other ideas. ❤️ ~Sharon
Oh thank you so much Sharon. We did have fun and yes it would work for chicken, turkey or even lamb burgers. When we do this years meat birds I will give that a go. I know there are some great ideas. Thank you so much you made my day. Have a super nice day!!!! 🤩✌🏻❤️
Hello no we never add anything to our burgers however back in the late 80s and 90s we did and we used pork fat. I would just go down to the country market and buy it and throw it in while we were grinding it. We like the leanness of the venison burger as it is. We used to have another grinder that finally burned up so a few years back we bought this new Weston #32 grinder and we are very happy with it. I do believe if we had added any fat it to it would of done even better. I enjoyed it. Thank you 😊
Weston has 0 live customer support, as such prices they need to work better. 3-4 days to get an email response to your question? No thank you, rather pay more and go with lem

😂 where I'm from it's called "the learning curve"
Thanks for the real life demo.
Haha 😂 you bet! 👍🏻 thanks
Did you add tallow for fat content? Venison alone is too lean for patties.

Hello I understand that we too have LEM products and are very happy with both. We have the LEM sausage stuffer and the vacuum sealer.
