Great progress & I’m going to watch the next episodes. I have 2 suggestions for you to try out when masking the areas that you are going to apply putty: 1) Allow the putty to dry but not completely. Because the putty is still partially wet the masking tape can easily cut through without lifting or being removed. 2) When the putty is dry don’t remove the masking tape, rather sand excess lightly until it’s level with the tape. Then remove the tape & buff down till level with the plastic. I also had putty lifting when removing the masking tape. However since trying out these 2 methods, I haven’t had that problem again.
