@@yaofenliu6780 woah what a throwback... this is from 2 years ago-but yeah, shipping the piano and getting all of our furniture from across the country takes several months, and getting situated in the house takes a while too
Gorgeous-my first time ever hearing anything from this composer. I may have to find a way to purchase this book. I wonder what other pieces are included in the text? I Am working through level 7 Theory and am learning so much about applying theory to music:)
Hi Cubus, thanks for this wonderful melody, I'm learning it right now. Just for my information, do you use the pedal at some points? There is no pedal in the original sheet. Thanks.
Hayoung Ihm, Measure 28, the bottom note of the left hand is an F#, not an E natural as played in this recording. There is another F# / E mixup a few measures later. It's possible that it could be different versions of the music that were published or different versions that Mr. Rebikov wrote. Both versions (the one that is written and the one that is played above) sound very good though.
Bad interpretation. Very slow and corny, there is no atmosphere of melancholy. I don't like the performance, but piece is a diamond, as if we are looking through a small hole through which we see all Rebikov's genius
How can anyone dislike such sensitive playing, wonderful interpretation!
Oh my, I did not know of this composer. How is it he is not better known? Pure joy.
beautiful! I love Rebikov's works. He has such a great sense of melodies.
Such beautiful playing. 🎉🎉

Thanks.
I realize this is late lol but if for some reason you're still on this piece, I definitely suggest pedal. It would really suck to play without it.
Thanks
its an exam piece!
I know
❤❤❤❤❤Super helpful, however there are some wrong notes :)
or even early advanced
Хорошо!
A very nice piece of music.
Beautifully played, as well.
Who is the pianist, please ?
Regards,
Geert Dehoux, pianist.
Belgium.
Yeah, the piano sounds too dingy, like an electric piano. But it might just be the sound quality.
This isn't real piano?!?!!
You have some wrong notes in this performance. Good job, though. :)
Greg Bunch I know you were just critiquing, but I promptly assure you that the song was perfectly performed.

Greg Bunch oh you're right! Sorry I didn't catch that one. Well people make mistakes though :)
Me reading this comment be like, damn you pitch perfect people.
why is the hand green?
An Z because thats Alienlike
Lighting
probably a filter on the lense or during editing
Totally not the lighting, he used paint.
Lighting?
The interpretation is excellent. I only wish it was performed on a real piano.
Excuse me, what do you think that he is playing if it is not a real piano?
Best:)
To many wrong notes terrible
Esther Pham I know you were just critiquing, but I promptly assure you that the song was perfectly performed.
Yes some but still great

It's a matter of taste, I think his playing is sensitive and very beautiful which suites to that piece quite much
bravo
