Is that a nice way of saying "She's never seen anything. She's never been anywhere. Forgive her."🤔
I somehow feel Stephen and her didn‘t „vibe“. This was an awkward interview.
He can be such a great interviewer, then he has these times when all he can say is how did that feel (15 years ago because I just want you to say you hadn’t flown before)? Here’s an accomplished, creative woman and he had nuthin’. Seriously, the guts it takes to do what she has done, the discipline, focus, and now the responsibility she takes for honoring women who came before her...so much to talk about. Also, ok I love that he appreciates it when guests dress up, but whatever. Then she’s thrilled about having sung with Dollie and he sang with Dollie. She’s hosting this show he has nothing to ask her about but he hosts shows too. She was a gracious guest. He was not prepared.
She seems very nice but her answers are so compact. Colbert tried to lead her into a story but she didn't have much to say.
Cut them some slack. It's the first time they've met. Try meeting a beautiful American Idol and being suave and smooth.
She's brainless. Seriously. Empty of any intellectual capacity. No matter how "nice" she seems (please people stop saying is nice when you don't know them personally, any person can look nice)
So empty so of course the vine wasn't there.
@@ReuvenNorby stop saying she's "brainless" when you don't know her personally.
Shoes. Yes.
Someone sounds like they have a cold.
Her stylist FAAAAAAAILED.
Follow justcallme_dell Unfortunately, her stylist has been failing big time since her album came out.Her outfits are usually so tasteful & classy but some of these outfits are almost bordering on the ridiculous & outlandish side of things. Half of the outfits she’s wearing on her tour do NOT flatter her at all & hide her incredible figure. Some of these outfits are fashion atrocities.
@@bookgirl8 her outfits are trash

I love how people from small towns always pretend everyone knows each other🤣 I
My town has 2034 people and no one knows anyone! I don't even know my direct neighbors names!
The Christicorn the small town I grew up in pretty much everyone knew each other. If you didn’t know them, your neighbor did. We knew all our neighbors names. When we had a big ice storm all the neighbors came over and helped our family. Even if I go back, now 20yrs later people know me and my family. But my family lived in that small town for many generations. That makes a difference. My town was tiny though like 1000 people.
I love you Stephen Colbert. And you seem to interrupt her all the time. Not really giving her a chance to talk. Were you nervous talking to her? It looked like you were.
I think she was just very awkward to interview... She comes off as if she doesn't want to be there
serious She is extremely shy & interviews are just not her thing. If I was her,I would’ve turned down the opportunity to be on there flat. Given that she performed less than 24 hours before that at her concert, that was probably the last thing she wanted to do.
@@bookgirl8 are you her personal cheerleader? I see you on every comment on this page... What's up with that?
@@serious7179 of course she didn't want to be there..it's Colbert..
@@andrewwilliamson2827 well, she's definitely in the minority.
