    I have sheet metal bend deduction Table and wenn I use in Solidworks didn't work ( work only 90 degree)

    Thank you for the useful information. I use k-factor. Mostly bend 2 - 5 mm sheet metal. I simply put the radius equal to the material thickness, k factor - 0.33. I dont know how much it is accurate, it seems hard to count it out. But i've been bending a lot with this settings and everything fit together. How can i make the radius and k factor change automatically depending on material thickness? I kind of understand that i need to create the special table for that, but the sample ones is sort of different and seemed complicated for me.

      By default the radius will stay the same, but the K-factor could change per the K-factor specified in the Gauge Table for the selected thickness. A good K-factor sample table is “k-factor mm sample.xls “, it can be found in: SOLIDWORKS_install_dir\ lang\english\SheetMetal Gauge Tables.You might want to copy this table and edit it to include your thicknesses, angles, radii, and K-factors.
