I agree to a certain extent, but I think a lot of people (women especially) enter relationships thinking they can change their partner (which is def not the goal they should have at the beginning of a relationship). Or they are in relationships where they tolerate a lot of shit they shouldn't have to because society pressures them to stay and take care of their partner. People certainly shouldn't dip out of a relationship just because of petty things (or because it is occasionally hard--as you said, that should be expected), but sometimes those things pile up, and they shouldn't feel the need to stay with someone if they aren't happy...

You end up in a situation where you're gambling as to what his real personality is and either way you'll know he has a habit of being dishonest so trusting him in general becomes harder.

I'm in my twenties and to see the way how Haha and Byul advised was an eye opener for me. They way they saw the problems with insight as a mature couple with experience is really helping. If it was me, I would just say everybody to breakup and it's not going to work out. But to see the life through the eyes of elders like them is really helping.

Lately I see Jessi being more self conscious (she's been spending a lot of time reading the cards) and restricting herself too much (she doesn't let loose like in the first episodes).
They should let (and courage) Jessi to just be herself just like before.
That's what made this show a success.
Here (atleast on the middle to the end), it seems like she's back to her old self, which is good.
It's just the last few episodes probably. Grand prize nominees are all big shots in the field, plus there might be award show staff who aren't usually around to monitor the show, not just the usual crew so Jessi might be more nervous cuz of things like that. I'm sure it'll be fine once all the year-end stuff is out of the way.
It’s the guests. She has to show more respect to certain guests and be more restrained. All her juniors, random actors and people her own age she roasts, but lately she’s been interviewing all her seniors and people higher up in the network so she goes easier on them. I’d prefer her to get younger guests honestly. The energy is more fun.
Combination of the guests she's had lately and possibly the fact they've been sponsored might have held her back too.
