- This is the last of this super hard crunchy Z. It really took a toll on my wrist. I was in pain for 2 days. I dont know what happened. just hurt to move it. But, its feeling much better after some rest! I haven't recorded in 5 days! I had a day where I recorded so much at one time, so maybe thats why it was sore. Enjoy 😉

I ordered Z athletic as my first gym chalk, not realizing it’s usually hard. I can’t tell if it’s hard or not since I haven’t crushed gym chalk before. Seeing as I can’t crush it with my hand or between my hands, it probably is. I ordered some Ader chalk to compare!
Hard chalk would be like crushing sidewalk chalk, soft is more like a cloud lol idk how to explain 😅
I got my ader in the mail today and Z athletic was definitely hard. I couldn’t crush it in my palm. I sure can with the ader though!
