Reji started his career initially as a videographer at a very young age.His video film INNUM MARIKKATHA VEMBANADU(1993) won the first prize in a competition conducted by KEVIGRAS (KERALA VIDEOGRAPHERS ASSOCIATIN). Later he turned his vision into photography where he blended his skillful passion with realistic etches of the world assuring the beholders of slick visuals. He got his first photography award in 2000 for a competition held by Kottayam Hortiagricultural society. When Mathrabhumi Daily, a leading Malayalam newspaper published the heart-rending picture titled PRAANAN POITTUM PIRIYAATHA PRANAYAM in 2003 on its front page, recognition in the form of awards including Surya Kanthi photography award and Drisyaprathiba award came in search of the hawk-eyed photographer Reji Bhaskar.Reji Bhaskar is now an accomplished advertising photographer, doing industrial, fashion, advertising and high end wedding photography too. His most memorable works as he recollects is that of Jos Alukkas with actor Vijay.He is currently running a studio in Kochi. Reji also dons the garb of a teacher while conducting classes for photography.

Ashwamedham is an intellectual game show, first aired in 2001 on Kairali TV in a reverse quiz format, making it a pioneering concept in the history of television. Dr. G.S. Pradeep, a native of Thiruvananthapuram, "the Grandmaster" is both the creator of the concept and the host of the show.
The role of the Grandmaster is to identify the personality the contestant has in mind by asking up to 21 yes-or-no questions. Each contestant responds with either "Yes" or "No" to the Grandmaster's inquiries. If the Grandmaster struggles to interpret the answers or if the contestant cannot recall specific clues, the Jury may assist. The rounds are structured as follows: the first 10 questions form the 'Yagam' round, the next 5 make up the 'Yajnam' round, and the final set is the 'Rajasuyam' round.
