I watched this yesterday live. I'm in Knoxville and found this live stream a week ago. You have to put the one up where the Judge goes off on how the citizens of Knoxville that get up every morning and go to work want to know why the need to pay for his lawyer.
@ 15:11 he wants to go after them with everything he's got which he already stated was nothing BUT then he also admits to continuing to go to the laundrymat which means he will lose in court just off these 2 statements alone!
It's always sad when grown people have so lil sense they need to be related to like a child. The guard just asked that fella to be still, he could not, so was sent to his cell (room) to think about his behavior. Much of what I have noted in watching our court system are folks who simply never grew up into adulthood, still need to be explained the rules of behavior expected of them as grownups. Dare I say, mayhaps if... as a society, we did better by all our children as a society...much of this nonsense (at least in terms of numbers) could be avoided.
My favorite is when these people who do not know how to behave become adults and reply with, "I'm a grown ass man/woman, you can't tell me what to do!" As if their behavior is appropriate just because they never grew out of their toxic behavior.
Ugh the custody one was hard to hear. My ex did the same thing. Gaslighted the hell out of my son. Using some of the exact same kind of verbiage. "Try to have fun at your moms" "you won't graduate high school if you stay with your mom" "misbehave at your moms so she will give up" "your mom is in this for money" yeah cause $250 is so much money a month. I pay more then that for his insurance that he was supposed to pay. This behavior is so sickening. It needs to be about the kid/s. I can't believe how much this was like mine. I went through 3 court battles and 5 years of my sons life going through this crap. Took away a big part of his childhood.
Actually Mike. Not every home has a washing machine these days... Here in Brisbane Australia, I reckon pre 2000 95% plus of homes had a washing machine. Laundromats were few, and far between.. 20 years later, I see people in our local Laundromat, built probably 10 -15 year ago, every day, often the place is full. Mum has started doing her bedding and dog stuff down there.. she says most people who use don't have a washing machine, can't afford the 1000 bucks or whatever.. We live in a very nice suburb btw... People and places have just changed... 🤷♂️
For real. We live hand to mouth pretty much. Our washer and dryer set are bottom end, but bought new less that three years ago. Both are already on the way out. The washer cannot agitate or spin a heavy load, and the dryer takes two cycles to dry even smaller loads. Anything massive we haul to the laundry mat.
I do enjoy the "after an all night bender" look lol......"yeah I just woke up 10 minutes ago, time for some videos"! hahaha Sorry, I haven't scraped the fur off my teeth yet!
In regards to the family court issue: Is 7 business days "significant time" to file a written response? Texas, as an example, holds you must be afforded 20 days minimum to do that. He was served on Thursday 9/29 and this was heard on Tuesday 10/11. Not continuing would have been probably out of line.
lmao...love You Mike, I Ijust lost my Mother. It was thee Greatest loss ever that I'm struggling to deal with. She was tough. You want to talk shit, be strong enough to stand behind your mouth.

The older guy who scares people at the laundry mat is a few fries short of a Happy Meal. Thanks for some non Brooks nonsense. The child custody thing was a bit triggering. I have been on both sides of this kind of custody nonsense.
I'm not an attorney. I'm a cat. And everyone knows nobody's more sovereign than a cat. Any cat. So I'm going to lay it out: My suspicion is that he would call one attorney, and then wait until he got a call back. As for him contacting "every" attorney, I call bullshit on that. And even if he were racing through the Yellow Pages*, if he ran his mouth off like he apparently does with everyone else, I can totally understand why they wouldn't take HIS case. Don't know if there's any SovTard seething beneath the surface, but even if there isn't, perhaps his expectations are unrealistic. (Ya think?) During my paralegal years, there was one case where this guy came in to sue a contractor he claimed did horrible work. The attorney met with him, and when he left, a file was opened for him. An hour later he calls me. Starts muttering that "I didn't have a chance to mention this to [ATTORNEY'S NAME], but there's some other stuff he's been doing, and I want to stick it to him GOOD! The phone call was followed up by an email with choice comments such as, "I really want to see him BLEED!", "I want him to regret ever meeting me ...", etc., ad nauseam. What's a poor paralegal cat to do? Inform the boss, of course! After reading the email I received, she sent one informing him that she decided not to represent him after all. And that was the end of that, right? Right? RIGHT? Oh, noooooooooooo. He filed a complaint with the State Bar. She responded with a brief letter, and that took care of it. Just goes to show you how vindictive people can be given half a chance. Oh yeah -- did I mention that he was broke? Yep. To this day, I don't know why she thought doing this on a contingency was a good idea. The last contingency case we handled, once a settlement was achieved, the client claimed "I never signed any contingency agreement! Oh, no -- 33 percent is way too much!", etc. Until I pulled out the agreement from one of his file folders with his original signature on it. His protests instantly turned into, "Oh yeah -- I guess I DID sign one." I can find anything. I'm a cat. Sorry about the soapbox rant, but I've gotta tell ya -- it was fun for me!

Dad, sounds like my kids dad, (much like Summer) would ask our boy (8yo) to lie (dictate to him a cover story) to tell me about what they were doing when hangin' out, it was tearing the kid apart. He had been taught lying was undermining, that regardless of how uncomfortable the truth, solutions could be worked through...for a parent to ask, let alone tell a child to lie to anyone, especially their other parent to cover questionable behavior is despicable. Especially as, in my own case it was unnecessary, something I explained to my son when he broke down in tears and told me his father had asked him to lie, assured him my only concern regardless of how they were spending their time was that his safety and care were being met.
Dude this guy. He’s one of those people that is just hard to like. And I’m betting the cleaning lady is the owner. Could you imagine trying to clean your laundromat and make the mistake of saying you owned it??? That would be the worst thing you could say.

Watching Duhhh Rel Brooks and some of these other defendants and inmates, you can absolutely tell within seconds that they're nothing but overgrown toddlers who were never told "no" as children.
