    I just discover this channel by doing search on Valeton Multi-Effect series. This video and your other videos are truly comphrensive and more focused on sound, i like it! +1 Subs
    Have you ever try the acoustic bass/double bass simulation with this pedal? i'm wondering does it sounds good / not really sounded too digital, or not. Could you describe to me how it sounds if you ever tried? Even better if you create those interesting demo of simulation thing :D

      Yes indeed! We're going to have a full demo of the acoustic simulation with all 10 sims (8 acoustic guitar + 1 fretless bass + 1 double bass) through both guitar AND bass! To cover everything to the fullest in proper panda style! According to our schedule, it should be here in the first week of September. We promise to amaze! ฅʕ≧ᴥ≦ʔʕ≧ᴥ≦ʔฅ

    Can you run the drives, distortions and other effects in parallel or just in series?

    • @PairofPandas
      @PairofPandas  Рік тому

      The FX Loop can run either in series or in parallel, just as you need. Plug any outboard effect anywhere in the chain as needed with independently movable input AND output. Likely the most flexible FX Loop out there.
      As for the internal effects, they run in series. You can change the block position though if you need that.
      Let us know if you have more questions, and please subscribe for much more panda bass action! Thank you!! ฅʕ≧ᴥ≦ʔʕ≧ᴥ≦ʔฅ

      @@PairofPandas Really?
      So it would be possible to connect let's say a Sansamp in the FX loop in parallel so that way I could preserve the low end register of a bass intact and add all the other effects from the Valeton on top of it?
      It would be possible to get that parallel sound effect with the Valeton?

    • @PairofPandas
      @PairofPandas  Рік тому

      @@Rxxbass 100% YES, including the clean low freq. signal + overdriven signal parallel mix thing too!
      Though you'll likely do that more for the unique tone, rather than preserving bass frequencies, haha! Valeton has utterly HUGE low frequency response, especially with bass. You might well want to cut some of it on certain occasions. It can do that very easily internally too, via amp EQ, drive EQ, EQ pedal, global EQ, etc.
      In short: yes. Series/parallel, fully adjustable IN and OUT, most flexible FX loop out there.

      @@PairofPandas Thanks.
      So the only way to achieve that parallel processing sound would be through the FX loop?
      This would be mostly to get that metal tone that you get for example with the Darkglass Infinity pedal.

    • @PairofPandas
      @PairofPandas  Рік тому +1

      @@Rxxbass It's as if you read our minds with the Darkglass, lol. Yes, it can do that, obviously with its own tone. Darkglass is a bit more unique in its approach: there are largely two types of clean signal mixing promoted there:
      1. add full frequency clean signal to mix
      2. add low passed AND compressed clean signal to mix (essentially mostly bass 100Hz and under)
      Valeton can mimic both, especially with outboard gear in its fx loop, but there are different approaches for each. Let us know what you would like and we'll tell you what you need!
      Also, for more info on the Microtubes Infinity approach and signal chain dependant on the mode of operation, watch this:
