guruji i have a problem with my hero pleasure 2015 the old cdi got dead so i bought a new cdi of old model the scooty starts but has misfires , what to do? fed up . i even tested with another cdi the cdi has written KTP but the old one is AALF part no? will that cause the misfires? the original cdi dosent exist now. the new one is 30410KTP801S. Minda make.

U said u don't like JUGAD, then pse advise me how to get magnet puller tool for my kinetic Zing( old bike) if not available then what other bike tool I must use, as I am not able to remove magnet cover.pse advise me soon . After fixing the stator u plugged the magnet cover locked by shaft key & rotated the cover to match T line but magnet on the shaft has fixed location by. Shaft key then why u said match line at T line &V notch????v Is it for tapped adjustment?

Sirji, mera tvs wego hai 2011 model. Issme ek problem hai ki 7-8 kms chalte chalte band ho jata h fir 4-5 min bilkul bhi start nahi hoti. Maine service center mai 5-6k kharch kar chuka hu. Air filter, acceleration cable, choke cable, battery ye sab naya dala k baad gadi ka performance toh increase hoya par ye jo main problem solve nahi ho paya... Please kuch solution bata do..

You have to replace the Oil seal of magnet side.

Coils can be easily checked and compared by using multimeter.
Yes,coils can be rewinded but it is time consuming. Generally jub koe vehicle ka coil market mai nahi available hota(old and rare vehicles) to phir khud sai rewind kaarna padta hai coil ko.
Magnet wheel contains permanent magnets glued to the internal circumference of the magnet wheel.
Have a long life. Generally gets damaged if hammered or if extremely heated because of engine issue. Otherwise it can last for years and years.

@@selfrepairguruji Sir I am still waiting for coil diagnosis video. I am getting low voltage even with new RR unit. (8-12V idle-revving). Previous RR unit gave 5V idle and voltage decreased while revving to 2V. Please help as I don't want to spend big money being a student.
