Is every year december month have joining in tcs lyk is there is no joining coz of year end christmas and the employees were in wfh.Is there no chance of getting joininh im december !? I'm waiting for my jl
My son 2023 passed out. He got tcs off campus in2023 but joining in 2024 they told business requirements only.he also got ninja role.done so many exam .training time also he done very well.but he got supporting project. Many tension, and work load heavy.manager and rmp are very rude persons.heis BE graduate .pls give any suggestions for developer role. அவனுடைய ஐடி கார்டில் கூட Tcs Bpo என்று உள்ளது.மிகவும் வருத்தமாக அவனும் நாங்களும் உள்ளோம்.Tcs யால் ஏற்கனவே ஒரு வருடம் வேஸ்டாகிவட்டது.இப்பொழுது வேலையும் இப்படி கொடுத்துள்ளார்கள்.இதில் இருந்து மாருவதற்கு ஒரு வழி சொல்லுங்க.
If you're fresher TCS is best choice after got experience better to leave. After experience if you're comfortable with working at TCS then stay here thats it.
