Hi! I watched both your videos (Intro to freediving with the tribe and then this one). What would you recommend we do first? I'd say our swimming skills are average. We can swim and float/tread water naman. Hehe. Thanks!
In my opinion, open water first, then you can practice equalization in city diving. It’s more enjoyable in open water as it’s close to marine life. City diving is a controlled environment so you can focus more on your techniques
