Using baloon party is pretty fine here, she provides sustainable heal while also giving counter to the team. I used her along with necrologist as support
An underrated pick here for this boss is Ms. Moissan as she can dispel counters as well as cast shields. Though she's a low rarity unit but she's tanky enough to make the boss less annoying than usual, just make sure you bring a healer. She's great for this boss especially if you don't follow the meta that much as well.
Honestly I did 1,3 M on the other bosses but this one is too hard. Even if I use Jiu, Mercuria, Getian and 6 I'am struggling to reach 1M. This boss hits so hard anyway.
Unrelated, but do you have any unused 6 star? (But I don't think so since it looks like you've built every arcanist). I got P1 J, Jessica, and MedPoc in 30 pulls. Idk what to do with Jessica and MedPoc since I've got 2 healers to help me and I don't have poison unit (Don't want to built Rabies). Is there any other way to use Jessica except poison? Oh, and is my pity already set back to 50/50?
I've a lot of unused actually, Centurion, An Lee, etc 😎👍 Congrats on your P1 J! The only way I can think of to use Jessica outside of the poison team is to utilize her S1. It deals a pretty high DMG You can check the summons record, if J name comes early in the summon time then you might not reset the guaranteed. Otherwise it'll be 50/50 (e.g MedPoc > Jessica > J = next summon is 50/50)

In my case, Necrologist also helps me with the survivability (her immortal buff) 😎👍 the only downside is I have to time the ultimate/attacks (when the Counter isn't active on the enemy) If you have Horrorpedia built, you'll have an easier time managing the boss' buff
