How to Make a FONDANT FACE TUTORIAL - Expressive : Winking Girl in Long Ponytail and Bangs

In The Confectionery Gallery's latest You Tube Fondant Face tutorial, you will learn how to make an expressive fondant face (winking) in a long ponytail hairstyle with bangs.
You will begin by making the simple yet effective support then attaching the flesh colored fondant.
Shaping the fondant is next, followed by adding all of the facial details from forming the eye sockets, eyebrows, nose, and mouth for example.
Once you create these elements, you will prepare the fondant face eye sockets for creating the eyes. You will also learn how to create and shape the fondant tongue as well as adding textures to add touches of realism to your fondant work. In addition, you will see how to make, shape, and add the teeth to your fondant face.
Your fondant face really comes "alive" if you will when you add the elements such as painting the eyes, adding the eyelashes, and adding petal dusts to your lips and cheeks for instance.
After creating the ears, you will add the hair colored fondant to your fondant head, then you will be able to prepare the support for your long ponytail and prepare additional hair colored fondant pieces to further shape your ponytail and bangs to finish your fondant face.

so good. different features. can you tell me please this will be my first attempt at modeling a face. i will do a simple plain face until i can venture to try one with more expression . could you please let me know what tools to buy for modeling and painting eyes ect. love your videos and thanks for your experience in showing us your talent..

I can tell you what I use, a dresden tool and a number 0 paint brush is great for eyes. Just make sure it stays for only cake stuff
