My guy had some major anger issues
That’s not anger issues, that’s forgetting that his actions and words could be consequential. When they come face to face with real angry people they fold.
Bender in Breakfast Club was that dude’s hero.
When your intrusive thoughts win
😂❗️🎯
He thought he could disrespect the judge because he is a blackman. Give him a year in jail period!
Oh I never would have even noticed the color of either one of them? Put your color blockers on and act right already.
Guess you either can't read, can't add, or want his sentence reduced 😂
For which part. Exactly. The contempt. The crime or underestimating the pettiness of a man that doesn't share his color. 😂 what are you even trying to say
@@ChantelJordan-fm7kx the judge gave him longer than a year son. Perhaps you have issues with the same things lol
Bet he came in two weeks later for that court date and was pleading with the judge for leniency what a douche bag! 💼
This is a No Nonsense Judge! As they say he doesn’t suffer fools!
He is a fool the biggest one I've seen he's to emotional and ignorant so he could have a murderer in front of him and get pissy, bam that murder charge goes to another judge cause his old ass made it a mistrial
What happened to freedom of speech
Disrespectful....you got deserves.
This washtenaw County michigan?
Yes
He probably has nothing to loose and no where to go.
There’s is a max time for contempt of court. It differs from state to state. Normally 90-180 days. He’ll probably only have to serve 50% of it.
This is when those intrusive thoughts win.
the full case of his next hearing was uploaded a few days ago.
He thought Judge Simpson was prolonging the case when he just wanted to get it over with, he wasn't are that the judge was giving him time to help his own case by organizing and talking to his attorney.
he spent 2 weeks in jail and is most of the Contempt charges dropped beside one pending on the case being resolved.
Yeah because a judge can’t just keep slapping time on like that. As much as they should sometimes be able to, he can’t just rack on as many days as he likes because the dude is cussing at him.
@@mldnighttruffle no, i was just saying what happened about this certain case.
the judge can absolutely give him up to 550 days in jail for contempt with the addition of all court fees regardless what the original out come of the court i.e not at fault/ at fault.
Michigan law.
i am unsure on other states but in Michigan the judge can absolutely give contempt for the same infraction that repeats itself, i.e swearing in the court room / at the judge.
they can of course appeal the contempt charges.
Shouldn't have said it
Shouldn't have sentenced it
Who win's
I saw something similar to this happen in NJ. Dude ended up winning an appeal and getting everything concurrent...
He's gonna cry on his first day being in jail
I'm positive this man has been to jail before more than once
is the bottom cam part of the trial too?
Nah, he's just a nodding smirking head cashing in ad cents on other people's work and content. You know, standard TikTok procedure.
Consecutive..Ohhh Lawdy 🤔🤦♂️
Now you cant leave. Shut up
Goody goody, we wanted all that.😮
"I don't respect this process."
"This process is my whole identity and I take that as personal disrespect. Watch my authority rain down on you from a deeply damaged ego."
Judge feels pretty hard behind that bench😅

Great judicial system where the individuals that work for the people believe they are gods.
What happened to the freedom of speech in court 😂
Land of the free is a myth
They had so much freedom to say, do and act like uncivilised creatures to the point where they don’t think they can face consequences.
