What glue do you use to stick the decorations?
I mainly use a combination of hot glue + polymer all purpose glue. You can also sew on decorations.

Where do you get your decorations from for the middle piece?
Decoration for the middle can be bought on the website of AliExpress. In the channel description, it has links to my VK and Facebook groups with interesting products from Aliexpress.
