You should get your sources correct buddy, that palace has existed for more then 8 years now. I performed umrah in 2017 and it was still there at that time. You can't go to the mountain but ofcourse you can see it from far below, I have seen it with my own eyes if you get good guide for tour who is blessed with knowledge he would show people what it is.
